The victim of the vicious flesh-eating attacker on the MacArthur Causeway on Saturday has been identified as 65-year-old Ronald Poppo, The Miami Herald has learned.
Poppo remains in critical condition at Ryder Trauma Center with horrific facial injuries.
His attacker, killed by Miami police at the crime scene, has also been identified as Rudy Eugene, who as a teenager in the late 1990s played high school football at North Miami Beach High.

Shouldn’t have spent money on clothes, but I got two great tanks and an awesome miniskirt from BCBG Max Azria (my workplace) for only $45 total, which is less than the original price of any of the pieces. I think they were each $88 apiece originally. No regrets in this case. And they’re all so Valery, and they look really good on so wearing them makes me feel great! Good life decision.
Always so sad saying goodbye to my parents and their house, my true home.
